With this representation agreement, Play Indoor will exclusively introduce and foster the B2B relationship between FEC projects and Akrobat's state-of-the-art trampoline and adventure park solutions.

Mr. Riley brings a wealth of experience to Play Indoor. Most recently, he served as Director - Sales and Design for an international trampoline park manufacturer. In this role, Mr. Riley was responsible for the acceleration of the overall growth, productivity, and effectiveness of all new park and retrofit sales and design for the North and South American continents.

Before joining Play Indoor, Mr. Riley was involved in over 50 projects post-COVID with the former global manufacturer, bringing to life innovative and exciting entertainment spaces across North America. Some notable projects include Altitude Bradenton FL, Altitude Mandeville LA, Altitude Webster TX, Legacy Extreme Midland TX, Elevate Tuolumne CA, Deep Blue Indoor Play Evansville IN, Fort City Play World Fort McMurry BC, Surge Entertainment Mobile AL, Adrenaline Monkey West Dundee IL, Air Riderz Port Chester NY, and Adrenaline Monkey Geneva OH.

Prior to his trampoline park manufacturing role, Mr. Riley was a partner of a privately held investment group and was impactful in the successful acquisition and exit of his firm's operations, consisting of 13 Sky Zone Trampoline Park locations throughout 6 North American states spanning over 500,000 square feet of retail space. In this capacity, he served as SVP, of Operations for the 1600+ employee multi-unit family entertainment entity.

During his tenure representing the Sky Zone brand, Mr. Riley was awarded the highly coveted Innovator and Collaborator of the year achievement by the franchisor. In that year, he successfully designed, installed, and operated a record number of 79 attractions in a narrow 18-month span. Mr. Riley went on to secure, design, contract, and open 5 new locations in the next 18 months just before his firm's exit.

The agreement between Play Indoor and Akrobat encompasses a comprehensive range of trampoline and adventure park products, designed to cater to various indoor entertainment spaces, including family entertainment centers, trampoline parks, and adventure facilities.
